Parking & Building Access

There is a parking lot and street parking available to patients. You will enter the building through the side door off of the parking lot labeled “second floor entrance”- this door requires a code- please text the clinic at 612-516-3184 or email hello@azaleampls.com if you do not have a code to the side door.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our micro-business, please only book appointments you intend on keeping. Patients who habitually reschedule or cancel their appointments may be blocked from online booking. Please note that by making an appointment at Azalea, you are agreeing to our cancelation policy: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window or you no show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment booked. A late cancellation fee will be applied in the event of illness, such as cough, cold, flu, other illness & COVID-19 exposure or diagnosis. Hi! I’m Meaghan. I am a licensed and board certified acupuncturist in the state of Minnesota. I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a masters degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have always had an interest in looking at health and healing from a holistic point of view and I am passionate about the power of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have experience treating patients in many different clinic settings including private clinics, community clinics, and hospitals. I have given over 1000 treatments to patients of all ages and I’ve treated conditions such as pain (back, neck, body), headaches/migraines, insomnia, digestive issues, symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress, women’s health, coughs, colds, and flu-like symptoms, prenatal health, skin health (scars, acne, fine lines/wrinkles), post-op pain/healing, pediatric and geriatric health concerns, and more. I especially love helping treat symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress, digestive issues, and skin health concerns. I really want to make it clear to all who stumble across my website and or private practice, that ALL are welcome in my clinic room. I truly strive to make my practice a warm and inviting place for everyone.
